2. Payments & Fees
Clients agree to pay for services according to the agreed pricing schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees. All invoices must be settled within the specified deadlines to ensure smooth project progress and financial accountability for both parties.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel services within the timeframe outlined in the agreement. Refunds are processed based on the project stage, materials purchased, and labor performed. EF Construction LLC reserves the right to deduct incurred costs before issuing any refund.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information, including personal and project data, is strictly confidential. EF Construction LLC adheres to strict data protection policies to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of sensitive information at any stage of the project.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
All services and materials provided come with applicable warranties. Clients are informed of coverage terms, duration, and maintenance requirements. Any defects or issues arising within the warranty period will be promptly addressed to ensure satisfaction and reliability.
6. Liability & Insurance
EF Construction LLC maintains liability insurance for all projects. Clients are responsible for understanding coverage limitations. Any damages or incidents beyond company control are handled per contractual terms to ensure protection for both parties.
7. Safety & Compliance
All work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Clients are expected to provide safe access and follow guidelines to maintain a secure work environment, minimizing risks to personnel and property.
8. Material Selection & Approval
Clients approve all materials, finishes, and design specifications prior to procurement. EF Construction LLC ensures quality standards, but clients acknowledge that natural variations or supplier limitations may affect the final product.
9. Project Completion & Inspection
Upon completion, all projects undergo a final inspection by both EF Construction LLC and the client. Any defects, adjustments, or corrections are documented and addressed before final sign-off to guarantee full satisfaction.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services or agreements will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. Legal action is considered a last resort. Both parties agree to act in good faith to reach fair, timely, and amicable resolutions.
